Orders & Returns
We try our very best to keep our website fully up to date on stock levels, but due to shop sales and other selling sites we use there is a very small possibility an item ordered could be out of stock. If this is the case we will let you know asap, we will either refund you or order the item in for you.
Any mistakes at point of order can be corrected if it has not already been dispatched, please make contact asap. If the items/s have been dispatched unfortunately the postal return is at the buyers expense.
Bellrose is able to refuse an order for any reason, this maybe an out of stock product or a product was bought at a similar time and the website was not updated in time. We can only apologies for this if it happens.
Returning a faulty item - we quality check all of our items but sometimes a fault may occur. Please be reassured that we will put this right. All we ask is that you take pictures of the fault when it has been received and send it to email@example.com. If an item has a fault within 30 days of purchase, for example, a broken zip we will replace or refund the item. After 30 days if the fault is not a manufacturing fault we are unable to process a refund. Also, general wear and tear of clothing will not be eligible for a refund for example, clicks, rips, tears. Please note if we feel an item can be repaired to a high standard we will do this first before replacing an item.
We try our very best to give as much detail as possible about each of the items we sell. Colour description can sometimes be slightly different, but we will mention two colours if it could be interpreted as two, for example creamy/white. We use the word 'Shacket' on some items this can be worn as a shirt but is also a versatile item which can be worn as a jacket, hence the word 'shacket'.
A lot of our items are a one size item. We often mention 'best fit' this is our recommendation as to what size it looks 'best' on. Some people like to wear their items oversized and others more fitted. We will mention model size where we can so you have a visual guide.
One size can be over a range of sizes, for example - size 10-16 or size 16-20. The guide will be mentioned on the description.

We recommend washing our clothing items at 30 degrees and ironing on the reverse side on a colour care cycle. Some items are hand wash only, please check the label.
Payment with order
All prices are clearly market on the website. Postal cost, if required is added at the checkout point. Please ensure you have the funds to make the payment, no orders will be released without a cleared payment. We do not offer credit.
If an item is reduced after your purchase we are unable to offer any refund to price match, apologies. Our items are sold at our best price and are not negotiable.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, paypal, bank transfer, cash or card payment in our home shop is also available.
If your card is used fraudulently to purchase items from our website please contact your bank immediately, Bellrose is unable to take responsibility for this.
Our terms and conditions can be amended as we see fit so please ensure you check back here from time to time.
