From a Home Business to a Fashion Boutique
Bellrose Ladieswear began in May 2020, during the challenging times of the pandemic. What started as a small business selling shoes from home quickly grew, leading me to expand by building a conservatory to accommodate more stock—all while working full-time as a credit manager.
An incredible opportunity arose to open a shop in the heart of Outwood, the village where I was born. In May 2023, I proudly established the store, creating a welcoming space where fashion meets the community.
A Passion for Style & Comfort
I have always believed that fashion should be both stylish and comfortable. Running the business is my passion, and I love selecting new stock that reflects this ethos. While I am the face of the business, my husband Carl and our two daughters lend a helping hand, making it a true family effort.

The Outwood store has become a little hub for the village—a place where customers pop in not just to browse but also for a friendly chat and even a cuppa. Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere is just as important to me as offering beautiful, affordable fashion.
